Tecnoinox was established in 1984 in Pordenone and started its own activity producing a range of complementary professional equipment such as: salamanders, ice crushers, deep fryers, toasters, cream whipping machines, egg boilers, addressed to small and middle sized kitchens, later specializing in the realisation of complete modular cooking lines.

The Company has always been characterised by the way it exploits its own resources and know how in the realisation of its products. Therefore the technical department and the laboratory for testing the electric and gas equipment is a fundamental part of the company; the latter are certified by the German DVGW for most European countries as most of the Tecnoinox products are for the foreign market.
