Equipped with four independently controlled heating areas – settable at different temperatures – the electric solid top allows working with several pans simultaneously on a single top simply sliding them on the surface

Three models are available: a top, a freestanding one and a version with an electric GN2/1 oven. Four electric tungsten wire heating elements are located under the top and separately heat the four heating areas, each one settable at different temperatures. The working areas of the solid top are pointed out by indicator lights on the front panel, near the continuous power regulators.

The top is made of non-deformable 15 mm thick steel, which maintains heat for a long time and withstands high temperatures, up to 450 °C.

For safety purposes the electric solid top is equipped with an automatic temperature limiter.

A version with GN2/1 oven is also available.
