Host2019: Come and meet us - special guests Marc Sadler, Claudio Sadler and Nicolò Moschella
Tecnoinox, which has been designing and creating professional cooking appliances since 1984, will be taking part in Host 2019, the trade fair dedicated to the HoReCa industry which will be held 18-22 October at Milan’s Rho trade centre.
The stand will be set up in pavilion 3P, displaying the company’s new products and features for 2019, including its professional ovens with Tap touchscreen interface, and the restyled range of digital ovens Tecnobake, Tecnodual and Tecnocombi, as well as its modular kitchens such as the original Mosaico. The stand will come to life with non-stop cooking demonstrations throughout the trade fair.
Tecnoinox has also organised three events for the occasion, with some well-known faces in the industry.
Professionals from the design, press and restoration sectors are all invited to participate.
“Up close and personal with designer Marc Sadler”, in Italian – Friday 18 October 3-4 pm
The first of the three events organised by Tecnoinox is a presentation of the restyled ovens Tecnocombi, Tecnobake and Tecnodual by designer Marc Sadler. The presentation is mainly aimed at designers, retailers and restaurateurs but is nonetheless open to the press and the public in attendance at the trade fair. This will be the official launch of the redesigned line, with the aim of making the work of chefs and their teams easier in the kitchen. At ‘Up close and personal with Marc Sadler’, we will be exploring functionality at the service of organisation in the kitchen.
· “Chatting to Michelin-starred chef Claudio Sadler”, in Italian] – Saturday 19 October 12-1 pm
Journalist, writer and food critic Eleonora Cozzella will be interviewing Michelin-starred chef Claudio Sadler who will be telling us about his success and passion for cooking, somewhere between art and experience. Talking to a chef with a successful track record about the highly competitive Milanese dining scene will be a chance to discover the secrets behind his organised and managerial approach to culinary creation.
· “An interview with pastry chef Nicolò Moschella”, in Italian – Monday 21 October 3-4 pm
Talented young pastry chef Nicolò Moschella will be chatting to journalist Eleonora Cozzella. He will be talking about his passion for patisserie and his outstanding career, which sees him successful as young businessman with his pastry lab and shop, always with an eye to the future and innovation. Niccolò Moschella’s fresh, determined perspective will provide an insight into the world of young people who make the decision to commit to a challenging, multi-faceted job like that of haute patisserie.
