Chef Valentine has over 25 years of experience as Executive Chef Food & Beverage Designer for leading hotel chains, including Hilton Worldwide, NH Hotel Group and Rotana Hotel Management Corporation.

Travelling for work from South Africa to London, Amsterdam and New York, Chef Valentine has mastered cooking techniques from a range of cultures, receiving a Michelin Star and Fodor Award for his talents. 

Yet he is most well-known in the hospitality sector for his managerial skills, leading the reconceptualization of restaurants and bars for large hotel chains and independent restaurants. Chef Valentine has redesigned hundreds of dining spaces and kitchens, curating the layout and choice of equipment, introducing advanced technology and paying particular attention to sustainability in the use of resources.
