Tecnoinox griddles, available in gas and electric versions, are the perfect solution for perfectly grilling meat, fish and vegetables directly on the plate, with a range of advanced functions to guarantee top performance and unrivalled practicality.  

Available in standard, chrome and satin-chrome versions with smooth or ribbed surfaces, they guarantee optimised, uniform cooking for any requirement.  

Composed of 3 separate cooking zones and a new fat-collection tray with ergonomic grip, the griddles ensure uniform cooking and easy emptying of fats, thanks to a sloped surface. Splashback guard and heat-resistant cap are included.

Electric griddles with electronic controls

Electric griddles, built with top technology, guarantee uniform cooking across the whole surface.  

The sealed deep-drawn worktop is sloped to guarantee easy emptying of fats and cooking liquids. 

Our griddles are available in different versions: with smooth steel plate, ribbed steel plate, ⅓ ribbed steel plate, chrome plate and brushed-chrome plate.

In addition, electric griddles are also available in models with electronic controls, for complete control of all functions and cooking parameters. 

 

Gas griddles 

Gas griddles feature burners and combustion chambers designed to offer optimal performance and they are also available in a 120 cm-width version with 3 cooking zones.  

The new gas valve enables an average plate temperature of close to 300°C. On top of this, the gas-valve shaft has a more resistant metal construction.   

The griddles are all equipped with an ergonomic fat-collection tray, and the new handle design enables a secure grip without the risk of liquids spilling.
