EVENHEAT
EVENHEAT is an innovative griddle designed to boost productivity, including for large volumes and when orders are coming in thick and fast.
The full cooking surface heats up quickly, reaching temperatures of up to 300°C in just 16 minutes. Immediate heat recovery ensures you can handle an intense influx of orders, without compromising on performance, even for cold or frozen food.
EVENHEAT is designed to be quick and easy to clean. On average it takes just 2.5 minutes in normal operating conditions, depending on the plate size and usage intensity.
TAP Gastronomy
TAP Gastronomy offers a range of advanced gas and electric combi ovens, designed to meet even the most demanding needs in the restaurant industry.
With a capacity of 6 or 10 trays and tray spacing of 7 cm, or 6.5 cm for 20-tray models, these ovens enable the preparation of large quantities of food in a single cooking batch and optimise available space. The boiler enables impeccable cooking results. Featuring fans with inverters offering 6 continuous speeds and 6 pulses, the ovens in the TAP Gastronomy range guarantee uniform heat distribution.
