The version with hermetic plates, featuring one flat plate and one deep-drawn plate, guarantees optimal hygiene during the preparation of dishes, preventing the entry of liquids and simplifying cleaning.
Electric solid boiling tops are designed to provide reliable performance and durability in the kitchen and feature ultra-rapid tungsten heating elements. Featuring a strong molybdenum steel top, these boiling tops are non-deformable and guarantee uniform heat distribution across the cooking surface.
Up to 4 independent cooking zones, every chef can enjoy complete flexibility, preparing multiple dishes simultaneously and optimising time spent in the kitchen.
Tecnoinox glass ceramic boiling tops are equipped with ultra-rapid tungsten heating elements and feature a 6 mm-thick glass ceramic plate, providing chefs with a durable and easy-to-clean surface.
The heating zones allow the user to choose the most suitable circuit for the size of the pan, guaranteeing both optimal cooking and efficient energy use.

Our gas tops are equipped with deep-drawn, anti-spill hermetic units with wide grooves, sealed against liquids and easy to clean, ensuring surfaces are always impeccable. Available in 6, 10 and 11 kW power levels, from 2 to 6 burners. The various combinations of burners offer standard, “super”and High Power versions and provide a kitchen that meets any cooking demands.

The exclusive high-power hermetic burners with double ring, cast-iron base and brass flame spreader are distinguished by their exquisite design and functionality offering 11 kW power level and are equipped with an always-on pilot burner that ensures the burners are not blown out by air flows or blockages due to organic residues.
Gas boiling tops feature a pan support grid in solid enamelled cast iron, offering a strong and resistant surface for pots and pans to rest on during cooking.
Solid gas boiling tops offer unequalled performance without compromise, thanks to their non-deformable cast-iron plate and 11 kW central burner, also available with gas oven base GN2/1.
